1. Return Policy
Unopened Products: Returns are accepted only for products that are 
unopened and unused, with the protective covering ( seal) intact.
Sealed Packaging: Once the protective covering is torn or broken, the product
becomes non-returnable.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy
Want to try a different shampoo? We allow exchanges within 7 days of
delivery, provided the original product remains unopened and unused.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested variant.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only for products that meet our return eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10
business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

4. Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is defective or was damaged
during transit, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Missing product : If the product is missing / not delivered escalate the matter

Shipping Costs
For Returns/Exchanges: DIAMIA will bear the shipping charges for all returns
and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.

Important Notes
